1. From your homepage, click "My nominees".
2. Click "Invite a nominee"
3. Add the name and email address of your Nominee then click "Invite Nominee".
4. You can see the status of your invitations at any time on your "My nominees" page or your "Invitations" page.
5. Your Nominee will receive an invitation by email. It's best to forewarn them so this doesn't take them by surprise.
