1. Click the name of the vault where you would like to store items.
Your "After My Death" vault is for items that you only want your Nominees to see after your death, for example copies of your will or the location of your accounts.
Your "Now" vault is for items you would like your Nominees to see immediately, for example the location of your Lasting Power of Attorney or other items that are useful to them while you are still alive.
2. Click "Add item"
3. You can either start typing an item in the "Search" box or navigate through the category tree. For example to add a bank account, click "Accounts".
4. Click "Financial".
5. Click "Bank account".
6. Start typing the name of the financial institution where you have a bank account, and click its name from the drop-down list. If you don't see your financial institution, click "Other".
7. Add some further information about your account if you think it would be useful. We do not encourage you to add account numbers or passwords; this information is purely to guide your Nominees to the relevant institutions, who will have their own process for identifying your accounts held with them.
8. Click "Add item"
9. Your bank account location is now stored in your secure vault.
To add another item, for example a life insurance policy, click "Add item".
10. Start typing the name of the item you would like to add (in this case "life insurance". Click the item from the drop-down list when it appears.
11. Start typing the name of your insurance provider and select it from the drop-down list which appears.
12. Add some notes if you like, then click "Add item".
13. The item has been added.
To upload a document, first you need to select the category (in this case your will). Click "Add item".
14. Type "will" and select the relevant item from the list of categories that appears.
15. Provide whatever information you think will be of most use to your Nominees. To add a file, click "Choose file", then select the file from your computer. You can upload a wide variety of document and image file formats.
16. Click "Add item" to add the document to your vault.
17. The new item including the associated document is now in your vault.
