What happens if I stop paying for my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription or miss an annual payment, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

If your account remains inactive for a prolonged period, we will contact your Nominees to check that there isn't a problem of which we should be aware.

If you miss a payment, your data will be archived for 60 days before being deleted. We will provide ample notice to you and to your Nominees before any data deletion occurs.
